Lot 1: Finca Dariela Keyli Victoria Carvajal Bonilla
My name is Keyli Victoria Carvajal Bonilla, I'm 22 years old,
and I'm passionate about the vast world of coffee. I'm taking the
final steps toward graduating with a degree in Marketing and
International Business, and it fills my heart to know that, since I
was a child, I've grown up surrounded by the aroma of coffee,
watching my parents work with love and dedication. The farm I
proudly run today is called Dariela, a very special name we chose
to represent my sister, who returned to her spiritual nature some
time ago. Today, she lives on in our hearts. We remember her with
great affection, and her memory flourishes in every corner of this
earth.
My first steps in coffee farming began when I was just five years
old. I remember watching my parents work with such passion that
little by little I began to understand that this wasn't just a
crop, but a way of life. Coffee captivated me since I was a child,
and today, thanks to God and the constant support of my family, I
have my own producing plot. This dream, which began with small
steps, has become a beautiful reality that drives me every
day.
As in every journey, we have faced challenges. One of the most
difficult is the lack of labor during harvest time, but with
effort, faith, and teamwork, we have always managed to move
forward. Every bean we harvest is a sign of the commitment and love
we feel for what we do. Coffee has taught me that sacrifice tastes
sweet when you work hard and with heart.
In 2025, I had the great blessing of participating in the Cup of
Excellence, which was an unforgettable experience that made me fall
even more in love with this industry. I discovered how impressive
the world of coffee is: its diversity of flavors, its potential to
unite cultures, and the recognition that every producer who
dedicates their lives to this work deserves. For me, Cup of
Excellence represents a space for learning, connection, and
national pride. It is the voice of every coffee farmer transformed
into a cup that travels the world. Today we say present to continue
overcoming new challenges in this vast world, to continue
implementing new techniques, friendly to the environment and
pleasing to the most demanding palates with our exquisite coffee,
whose main purpose is to transcend border after border, crossing
new horizons, allowing the world to know that San Andrés
Lempira produces one of the best beans in the world.
