Lot 10: El Nacimiento 1 Job Neel Cacerez Diaz
“El Cielito” is a beautiful mountain in Santa
Barbara. From there Lake Yojoa looks like a marvelous painting.
Job, as everybody calls him a young coffee producer who started
growing after years of working in the USA. His wife, Fanny Moreno
bought the land about 20 years ago and when they were able to grow
enough coffee to maintain his family, he came back to
Honduras.
Since that time he has been replanting the coffee trees and
planting other species like cedros and mahogany. Job is in charge
of the production, fertilization and everything on the farm. Fanny
takes care of the wet mill. She receives the coffee and pays the
pickers. After being washed under Fanny´s supervision, Job
takes the coffee to their house and Fanny takes care of it until
the end.
As we can read these lovely couple make a successful and beautiful
team, and their hard work earned them their spot in another Cup of
Excellence.
