Seb Farm is part of an old coffee growing plot that was restored
with the purpose of producing high-value specialty coffees and
promoting the sustainable development of the territory. In 2022,
seeds of Geisha variety and others were acquired and planted in May
4,2023. Since then, the management has been focused on two pillars:
productivity and quality.
The farm practices regenerative agriculture, transforming degraded
areas into cultivated land under an agroforestry system with pacae
and jacaranda. It also hosts native bee hives, reflecting a strong
commitment to biodiversity and ecosystem balance.
In 2024, the first harvests were obtained, beginning a process of
continuous improvement aimed at strengthening sensory quality of
the coffee and its competitiveness. With a projected yield of 22
quintals per hectare, Seb Farm reaffirms its commitment to
excellence and sustainability, bringing the fruit of its work to
the Cup of Excellence 2025.
