The story of Remi’s Farm began in December 2020, when a
friend and fellow coffee producer offered me part of his land. I
had always told him about my dream of having my own coffee farm,
and he recognized my passion for coffee. In early 2021, I began
clearing the land and planting Geisha, with the support of my
supervisor at NARSA Coffee.
The care taken during the first years was crucial. In 2023, I
achieved my first harvest of 50 kg of parchment coffee, with which
I participated in the Cup of Excellence and Golden Cup
competitions, where I discovered the potential of my coffee. In
2024, we improved production and achieved 3rd place at Taza
Junín, an achievement that marked the beginning of new
challenges.
For 2025, I decided to participate once again in the Cup of
Excellence, this time with a honey process, which I worked on with
great dedication and learning. Every bean reflects the effort of my
family, the support of my friends, and my commitment to continue
growing as a specialty coffee producer.
