Denilson Madrid

Denilson is the proud fourth generation of a family steeped in the rich tradition of specialty coffee in the breathtaking mountains of Santa Bárbara. After graduating as an agronomist engineer from the prestigious Zamorano University, he dove passionately into coffee production, working shoulder-to-shoulder with his father and grandfather.

Denilson's fresh ideas, boundless motivation, and his father's wise guidance have been the key factors in his explosive and successful entry into the specialty coffee world. His tireless efforts earned him 2nd place in the Honduras Tradicional category in the 2025 edition, and an impressive 4th place this year. Beyond the fields and the mill, Denilson expertly manages the family's commercial relationships, fostering deep trust with buyers and driving an ever-growing demand for their spectacular coffees.

Understanding that true mastery requires knowing every secret of the bean, Denilson is on the verge of earning his elite title as a "Five-Star Cupper" from the Honduran Coffee Institute's Cupping School. Armed with this remarkable skill, he is ready to take his family's highly specialized coffees to the very pinnacle of the demanding international market.
