Finca Paraiso

In the mountains of Mozonte, surrounded by forests, mist, and
crystal-clear water springs, Finca El Paraíso was
born—the first farm I acquired with the dream of building a
future without ever losing my connection to the land. My name is
Hipolito Acuña Morales, and as a first-generation producer,
I found in coffee much more than a business: I found a way to
preserve nature, honor life in the mountains, and leave a legacy
for my daughters and future generations.
This Geisha represents years of work focused on the balance
between quality and sustainability. Under dense natural shade and
at a high altitude, the cherries ripen slowly to develop an
exceptional complexity. Its controlled carbonic maceration process
and prolonged drying reveal delicate floral aromas, an elegant
sweetness, and a clean acidity that transforms every cup into a
sophisticated and memorable experience.
Whoever purchases this coffee does not just discover a
high-quality Geisha; they also support a responsible production
model that protects forests, water sources, and coffee-growing
communities. Every cup reflects the commitment to keeping
Nicaragua’s coffee tradition alive while building a
sustainable future, where coffee and nature can continue to grow
together in perfect harmony.
