El Arbol

Among the mountains of Dipilto, where the mist embraces the
coffee fields and nature still dictates the rhythm of life, Finca
El Árbol was born. My name is Claudia Rebeca Lovo Salgado.
Finca El Árbol was created with the conviction that coffee
can be produced while respecting the earth and leaving a positive
impact for future generations. As a first-generation producer, I
decided to choose a different path, building an agroecological and
permaculture system that allows the coffee, the forest, and the
people to grow in harmony.
At a time when climate change challenges every harvest, this
Geisha lot represents resilience, vision, and absolute care at
every stage of the process. Cultivated between 1,150 and 1,300
meters above sea level, under natural shade and surrounded by
biodiversity, this coffee develops an exceptional elegance:
delicate floral notes, a refined acidity, and a clarity in the cup
that reflects the balance of Finca El Árbol’s
microclimate. Its washed process with prolonged fermentation was
designed to preserve the natural purity and sophistication of the
Geisha variety, allowing every cup to express authenticity and
origin.
More than a specialty coffee, this lot is the expression of a
philosophy born in the soil of the Dipilto mountains. Every
harvested cherry, every agronomic decision, and every detail in the
drying process speaks of respect, traceability, and a commitment to
excellence. Purchasing this coffee means connecting with a farm
that proves extraordinary quality can go hand in hand with
sustainability, environmental responsibility, and the future of
coffee-growing communities.
