Elizabet was born into a coffee-growing family of 12 siblings in
Inkawasi, La Convención, Cusco. From a young age, she
learned from her parents, Nicolasa Sullca and Gerardo Navarro, the
love and respect for coffee. Today, as a mother and producer, she
continues their legacy on her farm in Corralpampa, at 1,810 m
a.s.l., where she grows varieties such as Geisha, Typica, Bourbon,
and hybrids.
As a member of the San Fernando Cooperative since 2012, she has
perfected the production of high-quality coffees, convinced that
“the best coffee comes from the respect of each step of the
process.” For Elizabeth, coffee is not only her livelihood,
but also her heritage and the future she is building for her
children.
