Brisas Del Mogoton

Mauricio Antono Jimenez Ferrufino

18

My name is Mauricio Antonio Jimenez Ferrufino, I am a young university student and passionate about coffee. Finca Brisas del Mogoton is born among mountains, forest, and a privileged climate that allows us to produce a quality Geisha that turns it into a specialty coffee; it has achieved a position in the top #5 of the best natural coffees in the country of Nicaragua. I come from a family that has dedicated its life to coffee since 1996, when my grandfather acquired the farm and started this story that today I continue together with my family as a third generation of producers. Each lot we produce represents years of experience, tradition, and teamwork. Whoever buys my coffee does not only acquire a high-quality beverage, but also the effort, discipline, and passion of a family committed to preserving the excellence of Nicaraguan coffee.
My coffee stands out for the artisanal care we apply at every stage of the process. From the manual selection of completely ripe cherries to the slow and controlled drying, every detail is carefully supervised to guarantee a clean, balanced, and high-quality profile. Furthermore, we work respecting the environment, preserving the flora and fauna of our farm and using eco-friendly practices. Therefore, those who buy my coffee find an authentic, traceable product made with absolute dedication.
Participating in the Cup of Excellence has allowed me to demonstrate to the world the quality of our coffee and the commitment that exists behind each lot. Our work has been recognized internationally thanks to the consistency and love we put into every process. Buying my coffee is supporting a family tradition, an artisanal work, and a vision focused on offering a unique experience in every cup, where the passion, quality, and pride of producing coffee in Nicaragua are reflected.
