In the mountains of Mozonte, where crisp mornings and dense
shade allow each cherry to ripen slowly, this exclusive Java lot
was born. It achieved 6th place thanks to a foundation built on
discipline, patience, and long-term vision. My name is Ashlyn
Sarela Acuña Jiménez, From a very young age, I grew
up surrounded by coffee plantations, learning from my father that
quality is never improvised—it is cultivated every single day
with dedication, respect for the land, and a passion for every
detail of the process.
This coffee was developed for those seeking a distinct and
memorable experience in every cup. Its natural process with
controlled carbonic maceration reveals a unique expression of
floral aromas, tropical fruits, and an elegant acidity that remains
clean and balanced. Every stage, from the manual selection of the
cherries to the slow, controlled drying process, was designed to
preserve the complexity and stability that distinguish this
competition-grade lot.
Whoever purchases this coffee does not just acquire a high-quality
Java; they also support a responsible production model that
protects the environment, creates opportunities for new
generations, and keeps Nicaragua’s coffee-growing tradition
alive. As a producer, my goal is to prove that the future of coffee
can be built on excellence, sustainability, and a true commitment
to quality in every cup, earning it global recognition.
