Born in Inkawasi, Cusco, Wilbert Almanza Cabrera is a passionate
Q-Grader cupper and the current manager of the San Fernando
Agricultural Coffee Cooperative. Heir of a family coffee tradition,
he has dedicated his life to highlighting the value of
high-altitude coffee from his region.
From his farm “Bella Rosa,” located at 1,881 m a.s.l.,
he cultivates varieties such as Geisha, renowned for their elegance
and complexity in the cup. With an annual production of 45 to 50
quintals, Wilbert combines sustainability, quality, and commitment
in every process.
In addition to his role as a cooperative leader, he promotes the
training of young coffee growers and fair-trade practices,
positioning Inkawasi coffee in international markets. His story
reflects passion, hard work, and a clear vision: that every cup
tells the story of his land and his people.
