En 1981 don Felipe Martínez empezó a cultivar
pequeñas parcelas de café en la aldea vecina a Los
Arroyos, como lo hacía su padre y abuelo. Con el paso de los
años y gracias a la producción de café don
Felipe pudo seguir adquiriendo otros terrenos para la
producción de café. En el año 1994 don Felipe
buscando las mejores áreas de producción de calidad,
pudo adquirir el área que ahora se denomina “Finca Los
Arroyos”.
History of the production unit:
In 1981 Don Felipe Martínez began to cultivate small plots
of coffee in the village near Los Arroyos, as his father and
grandfather did. Over the years and thanks to the production of
coffee, Don Felipe was able to continue acquiring other land for
coffee production. In 1994, Don Felipe, looking for the best
quality production areas, was able to acquire the area that is now
called "Finca Los Arroyos".
