He worked 4 years to be able to establish his first lot of 45 cuerdas (1.9 hectares) during of coffee plantation and later start with the production of specialty coffees.

The name "El Diamante" arises given the importance that the land has for Florencio, he suffered a lot to be able to establish his productive unit, with several years of dedication and hard work. His farm is a treasure for him and everything he has been able to achieve is the reward of all his efforts over many years.
