YOSNIYOM is a renowned coffee bean producer in Thailand awarded the Cup of Excellence Thailand 2024–2025. The coffee trees are grown in Mae Daet Noi, a highland village far from Chiang Mai City, at an altitude of 1,350 meters above sea level. In Mae Daet Noi, coffee is cultivated in the upstream forest, under the shade of trees, by indigenous communities who have lived and farmed there for generations. With a strong commitment to preserving the ecosystem, the coffee beans grown in this village have a truly unique character.
