Arara varieties. with the aim of renovating 20 new manzanas ( 15

We should also mention that the Santa Rita farm is fully
cultivated with all agricultural work despite experiencing some
labor shortages.
Furthermore, we should mention that the Santa Rita farm is located
at an altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level to 1,800 meters
above sea level and has sandy loam soil and temperatures ranging
from 15 degrees Celsius to 25 degrees Celsius.
The farm's current yields are low due to the renovation work, both
new planting and tissue management, complete pruning.
The previous 2024/2025 harvest reached a production of 1,300
quintals of green coffee bean. Although the projected production is
around 5,000 quintals of green coffee bean.
Our main goal is to produce some of the best coffees in El
Salvador.
Furthermore, the farm location has an incredible potential for
tourist attraction, so we are developing in that area too.
