"ALFACOMER was established to produce, commercialize and export Specialty Coffees from El Salvador.

Constituted in august 2019 with the vision to put in practice all the knowledge of the international specialty coffee market, market tendencies and over 35 years of experience in coffee growing, processing and commercialization of its founder.
The company acquired several Estates Miramar, El Tanque and El Matazano located in a mountain valley in the San Salvador Volcano skirts at 1,700 masl to produce extraordinary quality coffees. The old plantation has been pruned hard with a complete renovation program of exotic varieties such as Geisha, Kenya SL 28, Pacamara, Pink Bourbon and Red Bourbon. All are commercialized under our CARAMBA CAFÉ!! brand.

We started processing mostly fully washed coffees at El Carmen Mill and then started doing different processes such as honey, natural and anaerobic fermentation process with 144 - 192-hour anaerobic fermentation process and then dried in African beds for over 30 days. Dried parchment or cherries are then left to rest in the warehouse for 45 – 60 days before dry milling. Allowing a homogeneous and consistent quality in the cup for our different buyers!!
