Founded in 2015 by Claudia Abril, Finca La Muñeca is in
the volcanic highlands of Acatenango, Chimaltenango, Guatemala, one
of the country's most renowned coffee-growing regions. Nestled at
1,900 meters above sea level, the farm benefits from fertile
volcanic soils, cool mountain temperatures, and a unique
microclimate influenced by the Acatenango and Fuego
volcanoes.
Since its establishment, Finca La Muñeca has been dedicated
to producing exceptional specialty coffees while highlighting the
unique terroir of Acatenango. Through careful farm management,
selective harvesting, and meticulous post-harvest processing, the
farm seeks to express the full potential of every coffee lot it
produces.
This Gesha Natural lot represents the farm’s commitment to
quality, innovation, and excellence. The combination of high
altitude, volcanic soils, and precise natural processing creates a
