FAZENDA SANTA TEREZINHA
FABRICIO FARIA ALMEIDA
9.
We have cultivated this land for six generations, since the mid-1800s. The current farmhouse, built in 1915, marks the beginning of the coffee era. For over a century, Fazenda Santa Terezinha has been a living mosaic of crops and creations — milk, pigs, bananas, corn, beans, and of course, specialty coffee. Our cultivation is agroforestry-based and free from agrochemicals.
Today, the farm is a living organism where six generations of history meet innovation. Agroforestry cultivation, beverage production (beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks), coffee roasting, a restaurant celebrating local ingredients, and a school that educates children with respect and connection to nature — all are part of the same dream: to prove that it is possible to produce with excellence, purpose, and respect for the land that sustains us.
Coffee remains our deepest root, the product that carries the soul of more than 170 years of family dedication. The coffee fields are located above 1,000 meters of altitude, cultivated regeneratively, with manual and selective harvesting and drying in raised greenhouses.
