I am Yenis Olvera Moncada, a producer who started with just a few
plants and a big dream: to create a coffee capable of standing out
for its quality and captivating those who seek an authentic
experience. Through years of dedication, continuous learning, and
family teamwork, we have transformed our farm into an origin where
every harvest is meticulously crafted to offer a unique profile,
full of aromas, sweetness, and character. When you buy my coffee,

Our coffee stands out because every single process is executed
with maximum quality in mind. We select only the ripest cherries,
carefully nurture plant nutrition, and apply processing methods
that preserve the true essence of the bean—including
specialized drying on full-shade African beds. The combination of
