A few years ago, we took a
step forward and started
processing our own coffee,
and now we are vertically
integrated producing, milling
and exporting company. Our goal is to produce the
highest quality coffee. To
achieve this, we planted
varieties like bourbon,
pacamara, geisha and kenya
SL 28.
All of our coffee is grown under
shade, properly nourished with
nutrients, to ensure good bean
development. Pickers are
instructed to select only
properly ripe beans to ensure
we are getting the full potential
from the coffee.
At the wet mill we can do washed, semi-washed, natural and honey processes. Also, the last few years we have been experimenting with anaerobic fermentations and getting
good results.
The coffees we are currently offering are the following:
• SHG Washed El Cerro Estate Coffee
• SHG Plus Washed or Natural El Cerro
• Specialty Micro Lots of Honey and
Natural Process of exotic varieties like
Pacamara, Geisha, Bourbon and SL28.
• Specialty Nano Lots of Anaerobic
Pacamara and Geisha.
