Located in the beautiful sector of Amaybamba, in the province of
La Convención, Sierra Dorada Farm grows surrounded by
mountains, fertile soils, and a unique microclimate that gives life
to high-specialty coffees with exceptional sensory profiles.
Founded seven years ago by Griselda and Henry, third-generation
coffee growers, the farm was born as a family project filled with
passion, hard work, and love for the land. From the beginning, they
chose to cultivate the Geisha variety, a symbol of elegance and
complexity, and today they also grow Ethiopian Geisha and Arara,
continuously striving for excellence in the cup.
Every stage of the process, from selective harvest to controlled
drying is carried out with meticulous care. The result is a clean,
balanced, and aromatic coffee that proudly represents Sierra Dorada
in the Cup of Excellence Peru 2025.
Beyond their commitment to quality, the farm promotes sustainable
and agroforestry practices, protecting the forest, local wildlife,
and water sources, ensuring a responsible future for the next
generations.
