I am José Alfredo Recinos Diaz from La Palma, Chalatenango.
My farm, San Andrés, is located in El Túnel, La Palma, at an altitude of 1600 meters above sea level. I started planting coffee about 20 years ago.
Among the varieties I have are Pacamara, Geisha, Pacas, and Kenia. In the drying area, I have raised beds under a greenhouse and others in direct sunlight.
Most of the coffee is naturally anaerobic and honey-processed. I work there with my family. Naturally processed coffee under the greenhouse takes 30 to 40 days to dry.
