Son of coffee growers, I have worked in this field from a very young age — a world I am truly passionate about. After my father’s passing, we, his children, carried on his legacy. Since then, I’ve learned to work through every stage of this beautiful and important crop. Coffee is the second most consumed beverage in the world, and I take great pride in saying that we produce it in a special way — supported by a dedicated team that makes it all happen. Our land is unique, and with the use of sustainable practices, everything flows more naturally.

Experimental: double fermentation
Fermentation
Mechanically harvested (60% ripe), followed by a 24h shade fermentation in the truck bed. After washing, cherries underwent a second 48h stainless-steel fermentation until 30°C, then dried in thick layers on the patio.
