After graduating as an agricultural technician in 2011, I was able to fulfill my biggest dream — planting my first coffee trees. Passionate about this world, my greatest joy came with my first harvest, when I began exploring new processes and new paths in search of the perfect aroma, character, and flavor. Year after year, it’s clear how our coffees have evolved; always striving for excellence and refinement, we can now identify a diversity of flavors that truly leave a mark on our lives. My happiest moments are when I’m on the farm, living each stage of this spectacular beverage up close. Every day, I keep pursuing perfection in every flavor, and I feel that together with my team, we’re doing really well on this journey.

Mechanical harvesting, with selected ripe cherries. The cherries are washed to separate ripe cherries from floaters, placed in drums for 30 hours, pulped natural with the mucilage kept on, dried on patios, and rested for 30 days in wooden bins.
