In the small region of Agua Dulce, Cuilco, near the Mexican border, one of the most important coffee-growing areas of Huehuetenango, known as Huehue de las Tierras Altas (Huehue of the Highlands), lies El Paraíso Del Café, an annex of the El Zapote farm, located north-west of the main farm.
The even distribution of rainfall throughout the year is excellent for coffee bean development. Our harvest season lasts approximately four months, from January to April.
The climate ranges between 20 and 22 degrees Celsius, with annual rainfall between 1500 and 2000 mm. Surrounded by mountainous terrain, the farm boasts diverse microclimates that allow for the optimal growth of different coffee varieties.
El Paraíso Del Café Annex was established in 2022, and we work with dedication and passion. Over the years, the coffee farm has continued to expand and increase coffee production, combining sustainable agricultural practices and fostering human collaboration for the benefit of people and communities, allowing us to obtain high-quality coffee.
Our family tradition has allowed us to establish a commitment to strict quality control, from seed to cup. We have created our own production processes and are constantly innovating and researching to improve our production and the quality of our coffee. All of this is done with environmentally friendly practices, thus contributing to improving the quality of life of our people.
