El Injerto I

Farm el Injerto began activities in 1860, the first plants of
Típica and Bourbon coffee were planted in 1880, with
production only for the family and neighbors because at that time
there were no means of communication for the nearby towns.
We are currently working the farm for the fourth and fifth
generations, we are a family business and we have been dedicated
for many years to producing specialty, non-commercial coffees,
which is why El Injerto sacrifices quantity for quality.
It is a farm that has high quality collaborators because we have
been concerned about constantly training them, it has very good
land, adequate rainfall and we work with high technology in all its
production areas and wet and dry milling.
It is the only coffee farm that currently has the Carbon Neutral
certification for the way in which all the production and
processing work is carried out, we decontaminate the environment
instead of polluting it.
