My name is Johel Monge Naranjo, and together with Matias, my
son, we work on the Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Project. Finca El
Cedro, our farm is located on the hills of Dota, in the Tarrazu
region, at an elevation of 1950 m.a.s.l.
Hacienda San Isidro Labrador is a family business that started 10
years ago and this is the sixth year that we have participated in
Cup of Excellence as Hacienda San Isidro Labrador Micro mill. We
focus on the production of specialty coffees and we are pleased to
be a part of Cup of Excellence, as it has allowed us to show
ourselves and share our coffee with roasters and consumers who
value quality, hard work and the traceability of our coffee.
