The main area of this estate is located in the Hebao Mountain production area of Gukeng Township, Yunlin County. It has been cultivating coffee for more than 10 years, with an estate area of about 6 hectares. The coffee is mainly planted within a 50-kilometer range of the Tropic of Cancer at 23.5 degrees north, in Caoling Shibi and. The annual production is about 530 metric tons of fruit. The varieties include Geisha, Purple Leaf, Bourbon, and Typica. Both coffee beans and green beans have been selected as Yunlin County Government’s Yunlin Good Products.
Cofee Berries Manor is a farm that emphasizes environmentally friendly farming, focusing on the holistic practice of ecology, life, and living. For more than 10 years, the estate has not used chemical pesticides. All the coffee products on the shelves are the joyful results of diligent cultivation, serious inheritance, and professional craftsmanship.
From planting, harvesting, post-harvest processing, to roasting, the coffee fully meets the requirements of the “Good Agricultural Practices (TGAP)” standards set by the Council of Agriculture, Executive Yuan. This allows consumers to choose and taste with peace of mind. In addition to having a QR-Code for tracking of the product’s source, that farm also receives the production and sales history certification. Every year, the farms entrusts National Chung Hsing University to verify its coffee beans. Consumers can check the details and see the professional guarantees through the QR CODE or from the production and sales history labels.
